Reservation Steps and Instructions |

A.Reservation Steps |
1. Exhibitors should fill in the application form after confirming your willingness to participate in the exhibition.
2. The organizer will send exhibitors an participation contract after receiving the application form and approving it. After confirming the correctness of the contract, exhibitors should send a scanned copy of the contract with the company seal to the conference e-mail: icdf2024@outlook.com.
3. After signing the contract, exhibitors are required to remit the full amount of participation fees to the designated account within 7 working days and send the remittance voucher (scanned copy or transfer screenshot). The organizer will reply to the reservation status via conference e-mail icdf2024@outlook.com after receiving the exhibition fee.

B.Requirements and Instructions |
1.If the exhibitor fails to remit the participation fee within 7 working days after the signing of the participation contract, the organizer has the right to cancel its booth reservation;
2.Exhibitors who transfer their booths or display products that do not match the scope of the exhibits will be disqualified and will not be entitled to a refund of the participation fee, and will bear full legal responsibility;
3.All exhibitors shall comply with the regulations of the organizer and the venue, and cooperate with the local fire department for guidance and rectification;
4.In order to ensure the overall image of the conference, the organizer has the final decision on the mobilization of booths;
5.If the exhibitors give up the exhibition after paying the exhibition fees, the fees paid will not be returned;
6.The exhibitors’products and publicity materials shall not infringe the intellectual property rights of others, and shall bear all legal responsibilities if any infringement dispute occurs;
7.If the exhibition cannot be held as scheduled due to weather, natural disasters and other irresistible factors or governmental factors, the organizer has the right to adjust the time and place without any other responsibility.
